A dialog box is where you are allowed to read and enter your text,

The icons are in the tool bar directly above the the typing space.

To submit a photo click on the green camera (green rectangular shape with a white dot)

It's the box you typed this post in...

left click on this camera icon, and this box appears.

left click on choose file, your picture files open, choose pic you want to post, click on open, and now you see this
