Contol Valve With DVC6000 Series

Guys, does anybody have any video or link that shows full dismantle or repairing videos that include link adjustment & other assembly? For maintenance guys in industry it's very important to know the right procedure for special cases of like control valve maintenance.

What about the valve's manufacturer? Ring them, perhaps?

Fisher's instruction manuals and guides are quite comprehensive -- no need for a video if you take the time to read thoroughly.

DVC6000 series positioners are relatively straight forward to disassemble/ reassemble with all the major parts being screw in / screw out in set positions. Points to decide on are air flow through the unit (normal or max flow) and type of of control for the unit (I or P). Set up is as per a previous post.

Reminds me of a short story:

A missionary in PNG with only radio contact calls saying he can't get his chainsaw going. The reply was to remove the spark plug and clean it. Twenty minutes later he calls again saying he had removed the spark plug, disassembled and cleaned it and did not know how to put it back together. (long story short) He had removed the carburetor and taken it to pieces.
