Synchronization Problem

I gatta one problem during machine synchronization, at normal operation no incoming( generator voltage) but when we put generator breaker , things change we get incomming but we can not see busbar voltage /running voltage ( dat means meter never be defective at all).so could someone suggest what hero is going on with the system??????

I do not see very well what kind of machine you are talking about! is it a motor? a generator? or is it assembled to work in both regimes?

what you means is generator is good conditon! so want is just to see the output voltage is that right , i suggest you to check the volt meter terminal it maybe one of the terminal wire is disconnected or if not replace new one !!!
