How to Determine HV Cable Minimum Bending Radius

I have a 3x95mm2 HV cable and i want to know the minimum bending radius. when i checked the internet i found this:

Factor x cable overall diameter= minimum internal bending radius

What is the factor?

Can anypne with profound knowledge in the subject matter educate me? is there a chart where i can find minimum bending radius required for HV cables? what factors do i consider?

Look in to the cable data sheet and you will find the factors for the cable bending radius.

For roundwire or tape armoured ,copper or aluminium cables will the radius of bending be same as non-armoured cable
