A telephone call to the battery manufacturer would be a good bet.

Don't know about rise, but I can report experience with falling temperatures - the lighting system I use in winter on my bicycles has a run time of 1.5 hours or so at 30 degrees C. Let it drop to -7 or below and I go to a lower intensity setting just to get an hour out of the battery. (rechargeable Li-ion) Within reason, one would expect better performance at warmer temperatures. Get really hot and then the previous suggestion should be followed.

It depends on the battery chemistry and the temperature but in general high temperature reduces their life, low temperature prevents them from working properly.

As a "Rule of Thumb" every degree C over 25degC will reduce the battery life cycle by 1 year or 10 charge\discharge cycles.

This is Dependant on whether the battery is being used as part of a UPS or Off-grid system or as a traction battery.

Deep Cycle Lead-Acid Batteries can be very temperature sensitive.

As mentioned previously, very cold L\A batteries like most chemical reactions slow down and the output can drop off drastically.

If you are planning on buying new batteries, check with the supplier or manufacturer for the specs and operational or environmental restrictions or alternatives they may have.

Regards,
Sapper
