	what if accidently phase wire conhnected to earth wire in 3 pin plug in home???

	It depends on a few things. In any event, it constitutes a ground fault. If the resistance is low enough, the circuit breaker should trip on overcurrent, regardless of what type it is. If the resistance is high enough (low current), the unsafe ground fault condition may persist indefinitely. If the circuit breaker is a ground fault interrupting type, it should trip even with low current. __________________ In vino veritas; in cervisia carmen; in aqua E. coli.

	If the phase wire is downstream (after) a switch which is open, nothing (until the switch is closed). This is assuming a home in a country wired with an earth return system for safety purposes. __________________ jack of all trades
