Dear Sir, I have flue gas flow of 33000Nm³/hr @ temp of 600°C & pressure 0.245barg. I want to generatae steam by utilising the heat of gas ,how much saturated steam of 17.5Kg/Cm2g will be generated by maintaining gas outlet temp 320°C. The specific heat of the flue gas :0.36kcal/kg°c the temperature of the steam : 208 the quality of the steam :Dry Saturated /SuperHeated the efficiency of the boiler/economiser : 85% Please let me know how much steam will generate in boiler Please provide the calculation. Regards

We make WHR Boilers both saturated steam 12 bar & superheated steam 20 bar with Steam Turbinefor Tri-generation . Please intimate your engine make/model no./ Mw x Qtys .and email me with engine data specification sheet at duconemsATems.com.

Sorry cannot send you calculation but a Proposal to exceute job on EPC. Please note that for Trigeneration we will need minimum 4.5 tph. Please understand that irrespective, you cannot make the WHR Boiler yourself because you are not a registered Boiler manufacturer.

Show that the total available heat in the flue gas is around 5.7MW. At 85% efficiency, about 4.9MW will be used to make steam. Show that at the conditions stated the steam generation rate is around 2.5kg/sec (10 marks).
