Mat Earthing Tappings

Hi

I m from india, can v do 1 mat earthing using 4 Numbers of CI(cast iron)earth pits at corners in area of 5000mm x 4000mm area, with Equi distance of 500mm.

And can v tap from above type earthing for both Copper earthing and GI earthing for DGs?

Follow Indian Standard 3043.

In IS 3043, only calculation, selection,distance have mentioned but not about tappings, so please suggest
