Hear there are many possiblities for loop calibration of temperature transmitter you need to connect rtd sensor to TT according to wiring configuration (two wire, three wire) Then put rtd sensor in temp bath at specific temp measure readings at the output of TT (may be ib volt, mA) Output should meet criteria that you have given at input according to TT that you are using Please consider what zero and span setting you have made for TT Output another trick is give known Rtd source at TT input and measure related output at TT both should be meet acceptance criteria and linearity For connection of wiring you need to use manual for TT

The equipment isn't here and the work won't be done here.

<...For connection of wiring....use manual for TT...>

Quite. yaaser hasn't stated the make and model yet.

connect the TT with the four wires of the RTD connector from the Fluke calibrator.Select the Type of RTD you use.Feed the resistance according to the calibration chart. If it is pt100,you will get 4mA at 100 ohms.If you have the fecility to feed the temperature value (ultimately it will be the proportional resistance value only) from the fluke meter according to the range given on the TT tag.(eg.0-100/0-60/0-80 etc.) Give 0 and adjust the zero for 4mA and maximum (100/60/80) and adjust Span for 20mA. check for two times with 25%.50% & 75% also.
