Generator Load Sharing System

Dear Respected Friends I need to ask about load sharing in generator parellel operation.

in my power plant i have 2700kw*5 SDMO Generator full automatic with parallel operation prime mover is diesel, and governor is woodward electronic,

in parallel operation what is the main electrical/mechanical parts for the load sharing

Example: 5 generator Running each generator having balance load like 1000kw*5=5000kw how its sharing.

In each generator control panel their is base module, regulation module, & protection module, Actual my problum is 1 to 4 engine running in parallel operation, only particuler one engine, when i start and load, so gradually increasing load like in normal operation, but kw value reach like another engine, so it must be stop to increase kw value but still rising rising untill overload, that means entered generator is not sharing load, so if someone have solution please help me.
