I use this site.... it has most semiconduvtor data sheets listed for free searching...

www.alldatasheet.com or www.alldatasheet.co.kr

The last one I use when the .com one gets slow...

John.

Try www.supplyframe.com. They also have a listing of authorized distributors and a cool cross reference tool.

Google the manufacturer and go directly to their website. Most manufacturers provide data and they don't charge or make you jump through any hoops to get it.

DSP Innovations has recently launched a FREE data sheet search site. The site, www.datasheetpro.com , enables component and design engineers to easily find electronic and semiconductor datasheets necessary for their projects. Please try
out the service and provide your feedback to support -at- datasheetpro [dot] com.

Additionally, the site will allow manufacturers to upload their newest datasheets
and cross references for search. Please see www.datasheetpro.com/services.php for
details.
