errrrr, nope.
Back at mission control we are having trouble with our tape measure laser remote measuring device and we can't tell if its 15mm or 1500,000mm across.
Could cause problems for choosing a landing site, mind Angel Delight could also cause probs.

The beach at Brancaster doesn't look at all like that.

One more guess: Eccles-on-Sea, although that might be getting a bit far east.

To me it looks more like a closeup pic of cat skin and some hair follicles!

Close up of a piece of wood, looks like a branch with the bark stripped off....Particularly looking at an old wound where a branch was removed and smaller shoots began to appear...Would this be a piece of the highly touted yew we hear you speak of?

It's actually a bit Maple, I made one bow from the other half of the log, but there were problems with it (compression fractures appearing on the belly), so I started on the other half.
The bark popped off nicely revealing this lovely feature, the grain on the opposite side will be rather attractive. The underbark surface will remain untouched as the back of the bow.

This was mkI a wide flat Neolithic style of bow.
