Absolutely NOT!

Hire someone who knows what they are doing.

Or, do it yourself, but be sure no one is within a 500 meter radius of the explosion.

Because the need to ask the question in an international engineering forum suggests that there is no-one qualified to do it at site. Otherwise, the question would be directed at that individual or, more likely, that individual would be heading the design and installation exercises. So stop now, and hire someone that is qualified.

One only gets one chance to get it right with these voltages. Get it wrong, and it's half a day out with the Undertaker.

PWSlack has said it well.

When working with lethal voltages, someone who knows nothing about them should not be involved, in any capacity.

These are homework questions right?

Hire someone knowledgeable to come to site, assess, recommend and execute.
