It is very possible that the NSN may coincidentally stand for more than one thing.

I suspect you encountered someone who threw this out as lingo.

Thank you! I have contacted with those supplier, but told me not available. So I do not know where and how to buy. is there any limitation?

The limitation seems to be the non-availability from the suppliers.

Thanks.Do you mean it has been stopped to produced, I just do not know why non-availability, how or when will be available, anyone could help me out?
