Why don't you, "contact any dealer and get the values of manifold pressure and manifold volume", since the question seems to make no sense here, you would be the only person on earth that knows what you really want.

In a naturally aspirated engine/motor you should not have any pressure in the manifold whilst the engine/motor is running unless there is inlet valve issues. It should be a Vacuum.

In a force fed engine/motor (be it turbo or superchargerged or both) you will have porportional manifold pressure dependant on engine speed.

Many factors are in play in determining manifold vacuum/pressure, not the least the swept capacity of the cylinder(s) and ventury size of the carburettor/throttle body.

Google will give you many answers to question...

If you said why you want to know and gave some background, posters would find it easier, and be more inclined, to try to help. Eg do you mean the volume of the manifold, or the mixture flow rate?
