If you have NEMA-VE2 standard you can refer it or search on line you will find this sntd. Anyhow it depends which contry you live, it is depend on min. and max. tempt. of that contry and you have to plot a graph and average value will be your gap for expasion joints.

In general 25mm gap is ok

Instead of a "cable ladder", 25mm gaps would make it a "cable stepping stone"...

Dear All

I Live in Indonesia is it necessary to install expansion joint cause our temp. is 32 to 36 deg C.
