Sleeve Valve

looking for a POc for someone w expertice and manufacture of what I can best describe as a sleeve valve. a soft wind sock shape fabric that acts as a one way valve-its about 1/2 cm in diam and 1-2 cm long

'Got a picture or drawing? A sleeve valve is used in internal combustion engines. It's not the same thing, I'm sure.

Larad manufacuters a sleeve "pinch" style valve. Is that what you mean?
