How to provide earthing to Lightning arrester on Double pole mounted Distribution Transformers (63/100/200 KVA) as per REC or Indian Electricity Rules 1956 ammended upto date in indian scenario ?

Step 1: obtain a copy of the Indian Electricity Rules 1956 amended up to date.

Step 2: read them.

Step 3: follow the guidance within.
