Visit the website www.LNTEBG.com and download their training calendar. They have a training programme called "Design of Control Circuits". Enrol in the same.

Try to get manuals of leading makes of ACBs and MCCBs. (ABB,Siemens,GE,Schneider). Go thru their control circuit diagrams for closing and tripping circuits. The manuals are downloadable from the respective sites
