DO NOT type in all capital letters.

It is considered RUDE of you to do so. I'm beginning to suspect that you are doing this on purpose, based on all the feed back you have received during your short time here.

Yes, buildings near the sea will corrode.

Hire a professional consultant to educate you, or move away from the coast.

Your questions are too vague, general and hardly make enough sense to warrant any meaningful help.

Apparently, you are trainable.

Now, if we can just work on the quality and content of your numerous, elementary questions.

With an International log on to this site, that allows for many many different language's to add to content. It is not hard to get an un-easy understanding of questions being ask or answered. It is with that said, that each of us should try as best we can to understand what we are asking, and the then with answers we give.

I've found properly prepared creme brulee doesn't corrode, even if it is near the coast.

i.e. anything you would use on an ocean going sailboat.

My my sensitive aren't we?

Corrosion can as has been indicated alloyed out of steel to a very great extent. Consultation with a steel manufacturer can assist you when designing for a corrosive atmosphere. It all depends on what you are willing to pay for corrosion free alloys.
