how much minimum spacing should be maintained between Allenbradelly point i/o module and cable duct.

I don't know of any legal requirement, but it is good to leave enough room to grip each wire for insertion into its terminal.

Any distance you are comfortable with until some customer sends you a spec requiring 3" between wiring duct and any terminal point. That works until their panels become obnoxiously big, then they relent and let you build them as you see fit.

It is in the manual regarding installation distances between the modules and surrounding components (it doesn't matter if the component is a cable duct).
