You seem to have lots of electrical problems at your facility.

You should hire an engineer to resolve these problems for you.

Really and truly...it's your switching frequency from your crappy power source. Lights on-lights off-lights on-lights off, many times per second/minute. This happens at such a frequency that you can visually perceived the "flicker"

You could try adjusting your visual perception by blinking in sync with the peak-to-peak voltage...but I tried that myself and got a headache really fast. I don't recommend it.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that you have...hmmm...fluroescent lighting....did I get that right? I did...? Wow, that was lucky. You can reverse-engineer your problem by learning a little about fluorescent lamps. <--That's a link!

Check your voltage with a quality oscope, RMS meter, and/or a power quality meter. It will become pretty obvious when you see your power's trace on the screen.

Dear kuppahalli,

It appears, there is a problem in the NEUTRAL LINKING on the EB POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM is connected which causes the fluctuation.

Pl. check this Neutral Connection whether it is proper. I have experienced a similar situation and after rectifying the Neutral connection, which was loose and sparking, the problem was solved.

Under what circumstances does the non-flickering turn into a Fluckering?
