Looking for 1998 Chevy Cavalier with No Or Blown Motor

01/09/2013 10:58 PM

My brother wrecked his car due to slick roads and i am looking for a car with a good body and good interior so i can put the motor in it. Let me know if you have one for around $500

Or how about a blown motor with no Cavalier? Six of one, half a dozen of the other....

I would check your local junkyard, they can find you one....

My nieces might make you deal on their go cart for that price range.

It was B&S powered so the cavalier engine should be a direct drop in.

If our experience with Cavaliers here at CR4 is any indication, ones with blown motors should be really easy to find.

Given that the car would need to be local to make any economic sense, try Craig's list for your area -- you can search the listing and also place a "wanted" ad.

Most Cavaliers don't run enough to ever wear the motor out.
