Start up Substation

Hi All

The substation was commission but we dont have load at this moment due to field work not complete yet, any issue in the transformer if continues on below 10 % load.

Could you rephrase this as a question? It is not clear if there is an issue, and what circumstances create the issue.

Question is not clear but low load is not a big problem

The output voltage might rise,check taps.
