With the all-caps and so many exclamation points, this looks like a comic book.

Translation: You're operating four cranes and some kind of ship's equipment with three 440kw generators, and when all cranes are operating you're getting low frequency alarms fairly continuously. Fuel pressure is normal. Each generator is showing 220kw under these conditions, and should not be throwing low frequency alarms. I'm not familiar with load balancing, but are you checking fuel pressure at the time of low frequency? Is there a filter AFTER the fuel pressure gauge, that might be clogged? Is one generator lagging so much it's dragging the others down" How many hours on the generator? How are the exhaust temperatures on the three generators? Have you ever tested the generators singly for full output?

Have you tried with just two generators, since the load is only 600 kw (three gens at 200kw)

You are doing just fine!

Don't meddle with the setup.
