Insufficient information.

What configuration of relay (there are several types)?
What else do you have (switches, push buttons, etc.)?
What kind of control do you want (on/off, start/stop, anything automatic)?

If you have to ask, you're not qualified.

There are many unknowns here that precludes giving you useful information. For example many 8 pin ice cube relays are not rated to operate many electric motors. You haven't indicated to us anything useful about the relay, motor or power source you wish connect this to. Your 8 pin relay could contain two form C contacts or three form A contacts along with the two pins required for the relay coil. You should also have some circuit protection device like a fuse or circuit breaker somewhere, too. It would probably be good to have some kind of input controls and status indicators like switches, lights or other human to machine interface (HMI).

You strip the insulation off of the ends of the wires, twist the strands a little to keep the together, push them into the wiring terminals of the base, and tighten the screws.

In accordance with the wiring diagram supplied by the Engineer that designed the system.
