You can come and do my job. It's not hard but our present management will make you wish you had stayed at your old boring job.

Mines not so boring. Rather our present manager is becoming highly unstable which creates way too much drama and needless conflict at work right now.

Create a CV/resumé of work achievements so far, and discuss future possibilities with a Recruitment Consultant in view of it.

If you are interested in it, being a translator/interpreter might be good for you. You have mentioned wanting to work on your oral English; your written English is already quite good except for capitalization. If you have some technical education, that will be valuable. Good luck in your explorations.

I want to be a oral translator, but my oral english is not good. My current jog involve the document interpreter, but I found I do not like it, beacuse I need to spend many time watching computer to translate many document. so I think the oral translating must be interesting than this. In that way, I will speak with people, it is interesting than spending everyday against computer to tranlsate document. So now, what I need is to improve my oral english. Can you give my some suggestions to improve oral english?

Practice! The more you speak it, the better you will become. English is a difficult language, speaking with someone who's native language is English should help you out.

Some people want to work for a company that is already operating. There are many advantages to being an employee. Unfortunately, it can sometimes be boring. Your opportunities depend on your qualifications. Study everything you can because the more you know, the easier your future may be. It helps if you have a plan or desire to become independent.

You could start your own business. It should be something you know how to do, but it would be best if you have your own employees to do the work. That way, you make money because they provide products or a service. You may not enjoy that either because you have to find customers for your product or service. And, you must deal with those customers who can not be easily pleased.

Many times, I think a lot of working codition. My major is medical english, what I am doing now is document translating and marketing. I do not know what I really like to do, or what I can do.

For own business, I also thought it before, It need to cost much, I just worked for one year and do not have not much money to do that. Besides, I lack experience in business. So I am confused, and do not know what to do.

There are many job sites, where available jobs are advertised daily. Once you have your CV organised, sign up to some of them and search through until you find something which you feel you will like. Apply even if you think it is slightly above or apart from what you have done. Eventually, you will find some company where they see potential in employing you for what you can bring to them.
