Ball Mill Trunion Bearing Oil Seal

we have got a 12" x 9" ball mill mounted on trunion white metal bearings. the mill is lifted by oil at 120 bars and the we lubricate with oil at 12LPM. To seal the a felt seal is being as per mill design but 2 weeks after commissioning the sunction filter was clogged by felt material causing the differential pressure indicator to turn red showing a clogged filter,thus also showing that the felt used to seal oil is not idle. Can anyone suggest what i can use instead of felt seal material

in as much as i agree with you, the ball mill suppliers are business people out to make money and also remember that company owners do not like to spend money so any innovative idea would be welcome.so come on guys those with ball mills which have white metal bearings what are you using to seal this oil.?
