I have to put 100 kg of mass on the Structure (MS square tube), so how much diameter of rod should i consider and how?

Square tube?

Or rod?

As a beam, or as a column? How long is it? If tube, there are various combinations of ID and OD that would work.

Nit.....

You don't have a clue....

Review some basic concepts, like "What is a cantilever beam ?" and "What is a simply supported beam?"

Square tubes are not rods....

Get someone with an engineering background to help you !
