Simple Sensor Design for Armatures

02/13/2013 2:51 AM

Hello,

If you wish to try some of the circuits then you can post your results here. You are free to use all circuits listed on the link for non-commercial use only.

We have made one DAQ board for information collection but you can use your own design or some ready to use devices like multimeter to see the voltage and frequency signals.

Hope you all will enjoy this design application note.

DAQ we used is a single board

I did discuss PIR sensor here

http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/7982/Pyroelectric-sensor-gives-amazing-human-activity-information

You can use any PIR Sensor commercially available and they will also let you have some suitable circuit for it.

PIR Sensors are usually dual sensors and they also have Infrared rays lens for 10000ns wavelength emitted by human body at 37C.

Let me see if I can find out that circuit that was used for that motion detection experiments if it is available anywhere then I Will sure let you know.

Did you mean there are kids on this forum who need to take your advice to stay away for these designs we are discussing or it is some kind of phobia in you then you can stay away and let others do for what they are here?

On this forum, people who don't know the difference between voltage and current will ask for advice. Naturally, they know very little. Some of the examples on your site...

If u charge an alkaline battery, do u know what can happen.

Go figure out where u have shown such a possibility.

Little knowledge is very dangerous.

See details properly and don't start writing just like that. There is no battery charger in any circuit shown anywhere. Voltage measurement of battery and current measurement into load are shown perfectly right. See again and again.

That is the problem.

There are two batteries and you say there is no battery charger, great.

you mean batteries in parallel? yes one need to be aware of where to use batteries in parallel and what type of batteries can be placed in parallel to increase current capacity. Those basic circuit are very common in electronics and perhaps not good for experimenting by a person has no idea of of batteries.
