Seeing Tank Side Monitor Data on NXA820

Hi everybody

I configured E+H Tank Gauging System on 3 tanks and have a NXA820 Data Collector in Control Room but unfortunately I can not see Level, Temperature and Pressure which are sent from 3NRF590 Tank side monitors in Tankvision software on computer.

Would you please recommend me a practical way to configure them, ASAP?

Ask the supplier of your instrumentation. If you are truly an instrumentation engineer, you should know this.

Your specific instrumentation package, and how it is installed, calibrated and integrated into your other systems is, apparently unknown.

You can't fix it. We can't see it; hire an instrumentation engineer, with the proper education and experience to set it up for you. Watch them closely and maybe you can do it next time.

Keep trying, someday, you'll get there.
