And You Thought it was Mother Nature to Blame?

02/19/2013 2:01 PM

After intensive consultation with some other members, I present the following.

I do not advocate the position presented in the piece below, but thought it would be of interest to some:

Weather Wars and Area 51

I knew that this sounded familiar. Don't worry, our man Flynt will stop Galaxy in their evil tracks.

Someone jumped the gun with this story. It shouldn't have come out for another 41 days.

Good catch!

It wasn't making any sense anyway. Hurricanes haven't been more prevalent; and how in the heck could drawing lots of power at area 51, make it colder in Russia?

That would be some wild technology.

The alien part is probably true though.

I worked on this project, and we tried to keep everything secret. The only reason I have tried to present the "scientific" side of the discussions on global warming was to deflect attention away from the real cause explained in the article. Now this!!! My is cover blown!

Al has sure alienated quite a few people so I guess some of it's true.

I like Dr Frost explanation climate change better.

Re: And You Thought it was (Mother Nature) HAARP to Blame?

02/19/2013 8:26 PM

It's a conspiracy theorists motherlode.....HAARP

"Weather Control: HAARP

The HAARP Project and Weather Control as a Weapon

"It isn't just conspiracy theorists who are concerned about HAARP. The European Union called the project a global concern and passed a resolution calling for more information on its health and environmental risks. Despite those concerns, officials at HAARP insist the project is nothing more sinister than a radio science research facility."
-- From documentary on HAARP project's weather control by Canada's public broadcasting network CBC

Dedicated with caring and compassion to the many who suffered and died in the massive earthquakes in Japan and Haiti, and in the Indonesian tsunami and Hurricane Katrina.

Dear friends,

HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a little-known, yet critically important U.S. military defense project which has generated quite a bit of controversy over the years in regards to its alleged weather control capabilities and much more.

Though denied by HAARP project officials, some respected researchers allege that secret electromagnetic warfare capabilities of the HAARP project are designed to forward the US military's stated goal of achieving full-spectrum dominance by the year 2020. Others go so far as to claim that HAARP can and has been used for weather control, to cause earthquakes and tsunamis, to disrupt global communications systems, and more. The U.S. patent of a key developer of HAARP and other documentary evidence support these claims."

Well that's just wonderful! Even if there's just a kernel of truth to it, while DHS is gearing up to tackle CO2, our very same government is tampering with things that we have almost no understanding of. Great!!!!

The OP article, crazy as it is, makes more sense than your contention that DHS is going to "tackle" CO2.

The links you provided elsewhere do not support that claim. DHS has always included FEMA, and FEMA does flood rehab. EPA is hoping to have some effect in helping to adapt to climate change not to prevent or slow climate change. (Floods are virtually always associated with incredibly high amounts of water pollution.) That's why the documents had titles like "adaptation plan" rather than "prevention plan" or "reduction plan." But you could go beyond just the titles, and actually read these documents (as I did) and find that there is not one instance where there is any mention of DHS tackling CO2 in any way.

Darned DHS liars!!!!! They even wasted a bunch of time writing up another paper on something they aren't working on. I hate it when they do that!!!!

You might try searching the document in your link for "CO2", "Carbon", or "Greenhouse". You will find that each of these terms appears zero times. You have nothing to fear. The phrase "using drones to X-out polluters" appears only three times in the document.

I will not ask you to actually read any of documents in these links you supply, but perhaps it would not be too much trouble to read just the title. The DHS (and virtually all other government entities) are planning how they will adapt to climate change. They are no different that cousin Vinnie planning to move his beach place back away from the dunes to avoid losing it.

I'd love to know what you have been imagining regarding all this.

Why would they have to use those terms? How many millions of times have we been told that climate change is due to man produced CO2?

I haven't read all of this either, but I'm going to. The supressed EPA report at the bottom looks particularly interesting. I have this link bookmarked, and will be working my way through it.

The magazines in the grocery stores with enquirer in their title are scams. I laughed out loud when one had an ugly mans head morphed to a horse's body, and it said it was a cross between a man and a horse!

Re: And You Thought it was Mother Nature to Blame?

02/26/2013 1:53 PM

O.K., I'm still catching up on topics/threads. I keep trying to wean myself off the habit, but the cure hasn't taken yet.

The tip-off for me was the "Alien Gore" going into politics.

Nevertheless, the crazier a subject appears, the more likely it is being investigated by people who are consumed (on a "mission," almost) with finding out if "X" is possible/impossible or has some aspect that can be exploited for military/espionage purposes. Any good scientist/engineer is a dreamer. Non-scientists go even further because their imaginations aren't so limited by scientific rules. So when a non-scientist is running things...

I ran across an article this morning that shows, even in more conventional areas of "research," dreaming is what makes the journey exciting. Utilizing knowledge for weapons will always be a consideration for those charged with the duty of protecting fellow citizens -- or maybe just the thrill of potential power, in case one wins the lottery. Genetic Engineering? Weather? If man thinks he can control "it" he will try. It is seen, by participants, as a heroic, "us against nature" (or against the "bad guys") scenario, including human nature, that propels the desire and the activities.

The External Links at the end of the Wiki article about weather modification shows serious endeavors; a few links are no longer valid. When people think one is crazy for pursuing crazy research, what better way to be left alone and ignored. Weather modification "research" is no crazier than Remote Viewing, and the military has dabbled in that. I'm sure if we knew just how many crazy pies our Top Secret research had it's thumbs in, we'd certainly think much of it is a waste of taxpayers dollars. I also think, we'd be, understandably, shocked.

There was a thread a couple years back about the subject of weather modification. The power of it's effect on warfare is popularized by the "Patton Prayer." This History Channel video (which, also, obliquely, attests to the robustness of bicycles in Vietnam) seems like what most of us think of as the typical TV hype, for creating an entertaining show. Yet extensions of scientific research into military applications is automatic for military thinking. Tesla certainly couldn't resist.

Just how far will governments go?

So how long till the military gets tired of playing with them and allows them on the market? I think I should have at least one. Call me a toolshed packrat. Think they'll offer extended warranty?

I think that this kind of projects, if this would probably succesful, is really advisable for the nations that could be in war, because that's a risk of living in this world, being persons susceptibles of egoism, corruption, thirst of power, domain and richness, even this implicate kills innocents, but will never be ethical kills innocent people. It's my simple opinion. What are you thinking about?
