Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Without Guidance

Is it possible to fire and hit the target by an ICBM without electronic guiding system?I mean, we can control the movement of car by mechanical means.Is it possible to control ICBM by only mechanical means?

What's up with this guy?

It would probably be a little difficult to find a pilot willing to fly an ICBM to it's target.

I thought about that after I posted. I don't imagine that Iran would have a hard time finding nuke pilots either.
