Please suggest me a best control valve sizing software that can be downloaded freely from server....?

The best software to use is to give the valve requirements to the local valves distributor, and get that organisation to size them. That way, if it is wrong, then it is their problem to put it right.

"Free control valve sizing software" got "about 67,800 results (0.17 seconds)" when Googled.

Try it.
