Is this a fixed installation, or a find-out-and-remove one?

How about piece of hose to connect between a general-purpose pressure gauge plus some Jubilee_Clips to hold it onto a tap/faucet in the washroom?

One that has a range that simply encompasses the expected pressures would be satisfactory, as this is a find-out-and-remove situation.

The issue is how to connect onto the faucet to measure the pressure.

If the faucet has a aerator on the end then you can buy an adapter (available at hardware stores and plumbing supply houses) to replace the aerator. The adapter has exposed male garden hose threads. Those threads connect to (what appears to be) the brass fitting shown on the gauge in RAMconsults post.

A short length of hose might bring the gauge out of the sink to where you can read it easily.
