Gas Handling License

Is their any certificate or license for handling refrigerents like freon 134a and freon 407c etc in Saudiarabia if need what is the formalties if anyone knows please advice

I have no idea what licenses or certifications are required to do anything in Saudi Arabia. I certainly wouldn't trust a public engineering forum as your authoritative answer. If you are not a native Saudi, I would contact your State department for guidance of Saudi law. You need somebody with authority to answer this question.

An International Driver's License will let you drive with a refrigerator and an air conditioner in the back of a small truck in Saudi Arabia.

Go to your local refer supply house and try and buy some refrigerant they'll let you know what you need if applicable. In the states you have to be CFC certified.
