The best bet is to hire a consultant in energy efficiency locally, and get that individual to investigate the installation and report on it.

If it is the same refrigerant, you need to compare the suction pressures in each case. If different refrigerants are involved, you need to compare power consumption per unit of refrigeration (e.g., tons) in each case. For that, you need the respective compressor performance data.

Dear Mr.SelvamShanmugam,

You have to check

1. What is the Brine Chiller Temperature Limits and Flow Capacity, How much Heat Is handled.?

2. What is the Heat Load in the Room for AC.

3. What is the compressor details.?

give me the FLA running amps of both, tell me the type of refrigerant and how many pounds of refrigerant you're pumping per hour...along with similar electrical draw information of your condensing systems and I'll give you a real world answer
