Does this explain why the didn't find any WMD in Iraq?

I know the timing is wrong, but the fact of this swindle warrants a discussion of acceptance standards.

It's hard to believe these were sold in such high numbers and never tested....The first thing I do when I get some high tech thingy is test it,,,, and it better work....

If you ask me those WMD were smuggled into Syria....

Not exactly gullible, just greedy. Millions of dollars in bribes are mentioned in the stories.
