Hire intelligent control room operators to work in this control room for this mysterious operation. Ask the operators what information they need to know to safely operate this machine. Provide this information on your PLC panel.

Don't forget to ask the operators how they want the information organised. They may not care about the temperature of the framitz when doing a dingle berry operation. So displaying the framitz temperature with dingle berry concentration may not be helpful now. However when they're finished dispensing dingle berries, the temperature and pressure level of the framitz maybe just what they need to know during cleaning operation.

ISA published standards on various aspects of control room design some years ago. The standard numbers are part of the file names:

Being standards, they include such profound good practices as, "Removable handles and key-operated switches may he (sic) used to prevent unauthorized operation." (Evidence that even standards organizations do not proof read their own material)

"we have to prepare"

How many people are on this team, and why don't any of them have a clue what to do?

I'd suggest some intensive study of business ethics followed by training in instrumentation, since you seem to know nothing about either.

I don't think ethical people would take money to performing try to do something that you do not know how to do.

Worse yet, you come to an anonymous web site and ask those here to do your work for you.

Shame, shame.

From a former thread: You've not made any progress: Dear all,

This is Sachin Mishra from India

Currently i am working as Design Manager in on of the company

I want to know what are the basics of Instrumentation Designing

like wise we are using different type of Flow,Level,Temp Instruments in various projects

Kindly help me in designing of Control Valve Designing,Cv Calculation

What are basic difference in sizing of On off & Control Valve

How to do selection of Flow,Level Transmitters

i am waiting for Reply

The scope of your questions is frightening, and the fact that you believe you may get detailed answers/ instructions even more so....

You don't need to ask an engineer, you need to hire one !

I have gone back and reviewed EVERY ONE OF YOUR POSTS.

Without exception you demonstrate a complete lack of knowledge of any of the "projects" you have worked on.

ALL of your posts indicate that someone is paying you to perform a task, about which you know NOTHING!!!! Then you come here and ask us to do the work for you.

You are a disgrace to the engineering profession, the instrumentation profession, solvent extraction profession, the HVAC profession, the oven automation profession, the data streaming profession, the process engineering profession, and many more that I missed.

It appears to me that you should be shoveling dung somewhere and not taking people's money under false pretenses.

There's a saying here in the USA, "you don't know jack". Fella, you don't know jack!

I'll OT this to save you the trouble.

If you have basic knowledge in PLC/SCADA - one of my coworkers had manage to complete both Scada/PLC program thru online programming at one of our Africa and Asia project at both TIC and District Cooling Plant.

Should you feel interested in this particular skills, please feel free to contact me - Nelson/Dubai, nlparedes2006@yahoo.com
