during parallel operation of generators why slightly high incomming speed and voltage?

what is the reason?

Because as the incoming generator takes on load, its speed and voltage will decrease slightly to match the other generators.

Voltage and speed should be higher...Because current flow will there when there is a potential difference, in order to maintain it voltage will set somewhat higher than grid valve before sychronization.
