What is the maximum pressure difference?
What are the maximum temperature swings?
What are the wetted materials of both flange and joint?
What is the thickness of both the flange and the [whatever it is to be attached to]?
What is the pitch circle diameter?
How many bolts?
What size bolts?
What length bolts?
What is the torque setting?
How is the flanged item to be supported while being lugged into and out of place?
What is the test regime to be imposed following assembly?
Etc.

I always appreciate your question list but this time you ask for data about dimensions and other information which are the RESULT of the design and cannot be given before it even starts. I am a bit surprised.
