It's a good topic for a search engine such as Google. It would be best to have the pressure handy as well during the search as, being close to an Ideal Gas, Helium's density and pressure are almost linearly related to each other at constant temperature.

Even more important, the pressure must be specified.

Given the lack of information here it can only be determined that He at room temperature will be the second least dense gas possible.

Density is a relationship between mass and volume. The volume of a gas is not constant, you need more information before you can solve this. The gas will expand to fill whatever volume it can. Got a specific volume in mind?

If you are thinking about it as an ideal gas you need to know pressure too. Pressure and volume are inversely proportional when it comes to an ideal gas.
