Simple Pump Start Stop Logic

I would like to know the simple logic for pump start stop which has a level transmitter in a tank in brief and with logic drawing in gas industry.

If transmitter reads below value 1, start pump.
If transmitter reads above value 2, stop pump.

Just follow whatever it says in the Control Philosphy document written by the Process Engineer.
