Yep. Use Google to source local surge arrestor suppliers, then pick up the telephone in response to the numbers listed in the articles.

Yes, by Googling on the supplier of choice in your location. Their literature will contain answers to questions that you didn't know you needed to ask to ensure that you purchase the correct surge arrester.

The rated voltage of a lightning arrestor depends upon the highest system voltage & the factor of earthing. The factor of earthing will depend upon how your system is earthed. It will vary from 0.8 for an effectively earthed system to about 1.7 for an unearthed system.

I agree with you. Multiplier varies from 0.8 to 1.7 to the system voltage.

Surge arresters are available from suppliers at systems with specific voltage requirement, in either Grounded System or Ungrounded System.

It will be influenced by the transformer configuration, is it a wye or delta? The manufacturer of the arrestor will offer suggestions for a typical case.
