Do turn off the All Caps! Some people are trying to sleep!

Why is a standard off-the-shelf spool piece not available from the local piping components distributor? Why is the local sales office not answering their telephones?

Kumar, buddy.....

Turn off the caps and act civilized......

if you were constructing this system in accordance with piping line specifications and a modern piping code, such as ASME B31.1 or B31.3...... you would know what to do.

Modern piping codes contain rules for making internal piping tapers in the situation where the OD for the two components are the same, but the IDs are different.

But, based on your past questions, you are not performing this work in accordance with any standard.

The rules of Standards such as AASME B31.8 ( Gas Transmission Piping Code) are slightly different on this issue, as are the rules of the ISO piping standards

If forged properly, reducers have different wall thicknesses at each end, to match the standard thicknesses of the corresponding pipe schedule.

That is the way they are made! And have you not heard of counterbore and three to one taper?
