If the power provided to this furnace has not been tripping the breakers then I believe your job is done.

If the operators of this furnace run the furnace so hot that something punctures then they need better training on how to operate the machine.

If your automation system that is supposed to prevent punctures from happening is failing then you should investigate and understand how this automation is supposed to work first. Then explore if all of the input and output signals of the control system is working properly. You may just find out that the design anticipates whatever is getting punctured to be replaced after N cycles of use and that your cheap cost conscious managers have not replaced this for 10*N cycles.

What steps have you, the "electrical engineer" taken to investigate and solve this problem, and why do you think that strangers who have no knowledge of the age, brand, operating parameters, nor the competence of the engineering staff or operator's training or process guides can solve this ill-defined problem for you.

Hire a consultant who knows about furnaces and sponge iron for making steel in induction furnaces!!!!!!!

INCREASE THE OVER LOAD CAPACITY OF BREAKER OR READ MANUAL

NO!

One should NEVER just increase the over load capacity of a breaker without analyzing the circumstances. A qualified individual must examine the cabling used and the root cause of why the breaker trips.

Wear PPE if you do increase overload capacity. Or use a remote closer.

But the situation is made me as a furnace engineer. And the management and technisions in this compamy have not enough knowledge about the technical details of the furnace . and the technitions are not ready to show the actuall drawing for me becoz of their ego problem

. So Ikindly reqquest any one to give me brief technical knowledge of induction furnace with necessary drawing and figure. May god will bless you...

basic principle of a transformer, secondary side is a single turn of molten metal with high amps keeping it at that state.May use water cooling and lots of safety interlocks.

It would help if we knew the make and type of furnace.

Seven tons is a bit on the small side for me.
