	Hello, We have aN UNIVERSAL 6241B VCD/SEQ incerter It gives a chain fault and will not zero. The chain makes about 4 small jerks forward and stops. We can manually move the chain by hand . We tried another program. The person who is trained on the machine is no longer with us. I do not have any training on this machine. Would greaty appreciate any help Thanks Kerry

	Easy. Pick up the phone, and talk the problem through with the incerter manufacturer's technical helpline. If they can't solve the problem over the phone, then a call-out is the next best thing. 	This is a problem that won't get solved for free. Don't expect anybody here to have specific experience with this inserter, as in axial leaded components. This is old technology. Contact this guy.
