Dear SharonC, I discussed this statement with Sherlock and Watson, and we deduced the statement is a ploy to hunt out Moriarty, place us into oblivion with the assumption, abundant life exists in the universe. Scotland Yard is on the trail.

The right place to get your answer is the Cable manufacturer or Google. The cable manufacturer will provides all the required information regarding HT and LT cable as they have to sell it .For the second question the best answer is a visit your nearest cable factory and see it yourself.

My guess is a request for information so sharonc can manufacture his/her own HV cables.
