API 650 Weld Visual Acceptance Clause

11/12/2013 2:22 AM

Which clause to be referred for weld reinforcement height acceptance as per API 650? ie, which API 650 clause to be referred to find the weld reinforcement height?

PS:- Contract, any kind of engineering specifications, QC procedures, QMS (Quality Management System) etc. have no role in this acceptance criteria.

Caution:- Gurus those who have never seen API 650 and storage tanks can refrain from answering this question.

I have seen the cover page. Looks like I am entitled to answer!

I can suggest that you need to read the API 650 carefully three times to exactly find the clause you are looking for. Chances are that you will need all the other knowledge contained within as well so better make it four times.

I dont understand your PS. Can you please contemplate on what you mean here?

Sorry could not resist!

You are so knowledgeable, I admire your wisdom.

You learned how to read and post pics. Its a miracle!

You just need to post more nonsense to become a Guru.

Good luck!

Having posted part of API 650, you have opened yourself up to any the comments of any guru who has seen storage tanks.

.

My guess is that this does not bother you since you are probably well accustomed to being your own undoing, and posting anonymously, your statements are not very important to you.

.

.

CR4 Staff: please consider limiting anonymous poster comments to a maximum of 2 per month for any user.

I just gave information requested by ideasmith. You can check who is the anonymous poster1. Unfortunately it is not dolby.

By the way, truth is not compromise, if you need any info. please feel free to ask.

My sincere apologies. I suppose I was thinking about the line of comments with an anonymous poster further down or in another discussion.

.

You obviously have the integrity to own what you write and that is an admirable quality. Sorry for any implications to the contrary.

.

.

BTW...how do you check to see who an anonymous poster is?

Interesting query. I am not much bothered about anonymous or non anonymous posters in CR4. However, if anyone need the anonymous poster's background information, following steps can be followed.

1) First option is to contact CR4 administrators or moderators to know the identity of anonymous posters. If they are interested then they will reveal the identity of anonymous posters.Sometimes, they may ask huge amount of money for the tip off.

2) Second option is to contact Mossad, CIA, MI6, SVR, MSS etc.

It is self evident that you will have to live with your expectations.

How comes with an ego like yours you are not man enough to post under a name?

Bye!
