Hydraulic Tubing Bender and Fittings

01/17/2014 3:50 PM

Hi,

We are looking for a Hydraulic Tube Bender machine. We need to do very precise bends in SS-1"-schedule 160S-tubing. Also we need the appropriated machine or device to install the fittings on these tubing. Note that the pressure working of our process will be max. 6,000psi.

Please advice us ASAP in the required machine, and if possible, price and best delivery time.

Thanks a lot for your attention!

Victor

Welcome to CR4, Victor Blanco

Try these guys out, Baileigh Industrial.

Tell them your needs, and they should be able to hook you up.

Here's the direct link to the Tube Benders

You can also search through GlobalSpec for a vendor, they pay for this sight.

these are being sold through Grainger on GlobalSpec. but a direct call to Baileigh would be better

Buy one or modify an existing one. You are bending 1" Schedule 160, an extremely thick walled pipe and of stainless steel. When bending the bent portion is going to have considerable "spring to it". Purchasing the components to make what you are looking for will cost several times what a commercial unit will.

Don't be strapped with reinventing the wheel. Go with what they make to do this type of task.

Good Luck, Old Salt
